I had many troubles on Genshin Impact and mainly on PC. I lost my first account because I've used my email account to try reroll my account, with no luck of course. Then multiple times my game decide to crash after updates and it won't launch, uninstall and reinstall doesn't help. It do start working after I take a break from game and months later decide to try again.

So last night was my try again-moment and decided to go use free primogems on Venti banner and result was positive.



So this is now my first 5 star hero I own on this account and hopefully won't lose it like the first one. No I just want good main dps with Venti.
